Arette Artesanal Suave Blanco is a sophisticated treasure from one of the oldest distilleries in the heart of Tequila, crafted by the legendary Orendain family. Named after a famous Olympic champion horse, this spirit lives up to its name by resting for six months in stainless steel to achieve an incredibly smooth, velvety character without the need for oak aging. By using traditional concrete fermentation and a very precise cut of the distillate, the makers have captured the pure essence of the agave and the mineral rich volcanic water of the region. It is a beautifully balanced and approachable find that feels like a shared secret from the valley of Jalisco.
