
This Reposado is born from estate-grown agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, and produced at Distileria El Ranchito, with no additives in order to let the tequila profile and terroir shine through. Agave mash is fermented with a field-extracted, wild yeast.
Color: very pale, yellow straw, smoked citrus nose with hints of vanilla and roasted sweet potato.
Taste: salted vanilla cookie, allspice, oak, and some slight heat- but minimal burn
