This special release marks a major milestone for Bulleit, as it is one of the first whiskeys entirely crafted at their own distillery in Shelbyville. While the law only requires four years of aging for a Bottled in Bond bourbon, the team waited a full seven years to ensure the high rye spice perfectly balanced with rich, sweet oak. It is a robust and weighted spirit that feels much more substantial than the classic label, making it a fantastic choice for a more flavorful Old Fashioned or sipping neat. You can really taste the care put into this homegrown whiskey, which delivers a creamy, indulgent texture that stays with you long after the first sip.
