Description
Tasting: aromas of lemon candy, menthol with a hint of white pepper that provides a fruity, sweet and tart, lemon drop flavor with a cane sugar finish. Production: lemon rinds are steeped in alcohol for a prolonged period of time to produce the liqueur. During the maturation process, the alcohol percentage decreases dramatically and eventually becomes infused with lemon flavor.
