Description
"El Jefe" means the boss in Spanish. And this is really a wine with lots of flavor - young and fiery, and then there is 1 full liter in the powerful bottle!
After harvesting, the Spanish Tempranillo grapes are destemmed and carefully crushed to preserve as much juice and vigor as possible for the wine. After this, the macerations take place, which last for up to 7 days, to add color and tannins to the finished wine. The fermentation takes place in cement tanks. The color is nice and light. The aroma is fresh and fruity, lots of flowers and sensations of wild berries and strawberries, elegant delicate taste with just the right amount of fruit and sweetness, just invites you to have another glass.
