Inspired by the decadent aromas of a classic French pastry shop, Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden crafted this lush Highland single malt using Scotland's tallest copper stills to capture exceptionally delicate fruit flavors. First aged for 14 years in bourbon barrels, it then spends two full years finishing in a unique assemblage of sweet wine casks from France, Spain, and Hungary. The result is an extraordinarily silky pour overflowing with notes of buttered brioche, poached fruit, and orange honey. It delivers a rich, dessert-like warmth that feels both wonderfully luxurious and easy to enjoy.
