Rye is a hearty and resilient grain with a distinct flavor profile. It creates a spirit that’s big and brash, just like the salt-of-the-earth folks who made straight rye whiskey popular so many years ago. Our version is aged at least three years, in new charred American white oak barrels, resulting in a bold taste with a bit of spice.
