Our Petillant Naturel of Cayuga White. Won "Best Pet-Nat" in 2024 NY Wine Classic. Primary aromatics of orange blossom, creamsicle, and pineapple. Secondary notes of vanilla and nutmeg. Bubbly, textured, and unique. Made in the Ancestral Method, this wine is unfiltered, unfined, and was fermented spontaneously. Has very low sulfite content.
