Description
Dry Rosé is a lovely wine to enjoy with lighter food at lunch and dinner, or all by itself. Beneath its light garnet hue is a complex blend of Blaufrankisch (also known as Lemberger), Zweigelt (another Austrian variety) and Cabernet Franc. The winemaking team used selective malolactic fermentation to develop a beautiful soft texture that is uncommon in Dry Rosés. Stone fruit and hints of maraschino cherry shine on the palate. Try a nicely chilled glass with a slice of wood-fired pizza, grilled ratatouille, cheese dishes, tandoori chicken, or salmon burgers. Perfect for your summer picnic or barbecue!
