Created in collaboration with the legendary Rosales family at Cascahuín, this unaged tequila is a celebration of true single-estate craftsmanship. Sourced for the first time from the family's own farm in Jalisco, it treats agave like a fine vintage wine, showcasing the rich soil and high elevation of its specific field. It is intentionally bottled at a slightly higher proof to preserve deep, mouth-coating flavors of slow-cooked agave, vibrant citrus, and earthy minerality. This is a wonderfully expressive bottle made for pouring slowly when sharing a great find with good company.
