?Mestizaje Tinto is a red wine from Bodega Mustiguillo, located in Spain's D.O.P. El Terrerazo region. This blend consists of approximately 70-75% Bobal, 15-20% Garnacha, and 10-15% Syrah grapes. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 800 meters, featuring calcareous soils. The wine undergoes a 10-month aging process in a mix of French oak barrels and large oak vats. It presents aromas of red and black fruits with hints of sweet spices and subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and elegant. This wine pairs well with rice dishes, Asian cuisine, cured meats, pasta, and medium-aged cheeses. ?
