Description
Don Tomás García Cruz and his sons harvested this rare batch of wild Tepextate during the full moon of March 2023, a traditional practice believed to concentrate the plant's natural sugars. This slow-maturing agave can take up to 35 years to reach peak ripeness, and its legendary scarcity is reflected in the fact that it requires nearly seventy kilograms of raw plant to produce just one liter of spirit. The result is a vibrant, green-toned expression that captures the unique white earth terroir of Logoche with an almost ethereal aromatic complexity. It is a profound, soulful pour that represents the absolute truth of traditional Oaxacan craftsmanship.
