Buffalo’s first whiskey since prohibition and first Straight Bourbon ever!
Craft distilled in small batches with local corn, wheat, and malted barley. Aged in New Charred American White Oak Barrels, coopered in the Adirondacks by ADK Barrel Cooperage. Each batch is single barrel and aged 3 years or more. Distinctive flavor has a very smooth and easy drinkability.
