Description
This blanco is an outlier, arriving at a distillation proof, 55 percent ABV. That high alcohol content (for tequila) creates extra focus on its nose, and brings an added bite to its agave spice. The biggest advantage of the added ABV is that it helps bring a new perspective to classic tequila cocktails.
