Description
Soave (Sauve-vay) is one of the most famous Italian white wines that hails from the Veneto wine region near the city of Verona. The grape variety here is Garganega (gahr-GAH-neh-gah) and what you can expect here is a pale straw wine with aromas & flavours of pear and green appley fruits with hints of almond blossom, marzipan, herbs and crush stone. Lovely dry, savoury drinking with a creamy mid-palate and crisp line. One of the stars of the region.
