Description
Harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the wine is macerated for 16 days and then stored for 12 months in 225-liter oak barrels (50% French and 50% American). Before going on the market, this wine is kept in the bottle for at least 3 months.
