Description
The grapes for Bianka and Daniel Schmitt Frei Körper Kultur Fizz come from biodynamic cultivation. The Portugieser and Dornfelder grapes are pressed directly after hand-picking and spontaneously fermented in a fiberglass tank. After 6 months of full yeast storage, the wine is moved to the pressure tank and the second fermentation follows for another 3 months. Then it is filled and closed with a crown cap
