Wild Arc's Botanical Spritzer uses Piquette of Riesling, fortified with grape spirit and infused with farm-grown Lemon Basil and foraged Sumac. Sourced from the herbicide-free Folts Farm in Finger Lakes, the wine was infused with botanicals for three months, then blended and bottled with organic wildflower honey. SO2: 20ppm at crush
