Created by the legendary Rosales family alongside National Geographic photographer Andy Bardon, this additive-free tequila captures the spirit of Jalisco in its purest form. This second batch matures for over a year in prized wheated bourbon barrels, infusing soft butterscotch and gentle baking spice without overpowering the rich agave core. Bottled at a robust 94 proof to keep its natural oils and esters intact, artisanal stone-milling and fiber-on fermentation give it an uncommonly rich, velvety texture. It is a wonderfully layered pour meant to be savored slowly, whether neat or over a single large ice cube.
