Aged 21 years and matured in bourbon casks, this rum is delicate, sweet and intricately enjoyable. The nose reveals tea, dates, subtle notes of allspice, leather and tobacco. All of the aromas come through on the palate, evolving to include brown bread, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
